As you should very well know by now after reading a few posts, AFFIRMATIONS are the best tunes your subconscious could ever dance to. It is perfectly synced to your well fitted brain waves. Rather it be someone else’s voice, your voice, or no voice at all, affirmations can be the simplest of practices. There are a total of 114 known chakras in the human body. Along with 72,000 ‘nadis’, channels of energy through which that good old prana that I spoke of before, moves. It is rather important to learn of chakras in our body. To innerstand why we may feel off at certain times. Sort of like a newborn baby. You gotta do your daily, heck hourly self evals. Make sure your mind, body and soul are all on the same wavelength. If not, you shall soon find out in your busy day to come when you keep forgetting and dropping things. Now let’s dig in shall we.

I would like to note that it would boost your affirmations to be in a quiet and relaxing space. Do a quick stretch of your necks, arms, and back wouldn’t hurt either. Get it, because your stretching it, and then relaxing comes… ok nevermind. You’re intelligent than most and get it. I trust ya.
